How we make them
Batter goes on the hot iron when you order, not before. A wooden spreader takes it thin to the edge. Thirty seconds later it is folded around the filling and on the plate.
Our fruit sauces are made here from fresh fruit. Fresh mushrooms and veggies go in the pan to order. Sweet crepes get powdered sugar and whipped cream. Savory crepes come with two small sauces on the side.
