Privacy
We collect as little as we can. This site sets no tracking cookies. Here is what we do keep, and why.
Forms
When you send a request, a message, or an email signup, we get what you typed. That is your name, email, phone if you gave it, and the details. It reaches us through Resend, an email delivery service, and lands in our inbox at hello@royalcream.coffee. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. We do not sell or share it.
Email list
If you sign up, we send occasional email about the cafe. Seasonal menu items, new flavors, and news like the arrival of our direct-trade coffee. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@royalcream.coffee and we will remove you.
Site analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use. For example, how many people tap "Call" or "Directions." It does not use cookies and does not identify you. It records the page, your browser type, country and region, and the referring site. We use it to make the site more useful.
Payments and rewards
Payments in the cafe, online ordering, gift cards, and the RoyalBeans rewards program run on Square. Square keeps your card details; we never see them. If you join RoyalBeans, Square stores your phone number to track your beans. Square's own privacy policy applies to that data, and you can leave the program at the counter any time.
Links to other sites
We link to Google Maps, Apple Maps, our social accounts, Roots Africa, and Taharka Brothers. Those sites have their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@royalcream.coffee. We will reply within one business day and act within thirty days.
